No. All packages are unlimited. Your speed stays the same for the whole month.
Installation mein kitna waqt lagta hai?
Usually 1 to 3 days after survey, depending on how close the nearest fiber point is to your home.
Bill kab dena hota hai?
Every month on your connection date. If you joined on the 23rd, your next bill is due on the 22nd of next month. You get a reminder 3 days before.
Package change ho sakta hai?
Yes. Message us and the new speed starts from your next billing date, or right away if you pay the difference.
ONU par red light jal rahi hai, kya karun?
A red LOS light means the fiber signal is not reaching your router. Do not bend or pull the thin fiber cable. Call the helpline and our team will check your line.
WiFi password kaise change karun?
Call or WhatsApp us with your username and we can change it remotely from our system, without a technician visit.
